T im began his career in property management over ten years ago when he worked for one of the largest luxury villa rental companies on the Atlantic Seaboard where he managed some of Cape Town’s most luxurious properties. This, coupled with his love of fixing all things, provided him with a wealth of knowledge for managing and maintaining properties, which is the core of his new business, Private Home Management.
P rivate Home Management was founded in 2017 when Tim’s family started to grow and since then has provided maintenance, project management, and property management services to private clients and property management companies throughout Cape Town.
While the business and the team have flourished and grown, Tim’s passion for fixing things has never died and it is still the core value of the business today. His wife, Gaby, who also has years of experience in the property management industry, plays a key role in the business, ensuring quality control at the backend of the business.
